Data we process
Account: Minecraft username, Minecraft account ID (UUID), hashed password (never readable), role and creation date.
Contact form: username, email address, Discord username (optional), subject and message.
Member area sign-in: device browser and system (your list of signed-in devices). No IP address is stored.
Audience measurement: pages viewed, referring site, device type, browser, language. Visitors are counted per day with an irreversible fingerprint, without cookies; IP addresses are never stored.
Why
To run your account and sign-in (service), answer your messages (your request), and measure audience to improve the site (legitimate interest, or your consent for detailed statistics).
How long
Account: as long as it exists. Sign-in session: 7 days. Contact messages: while being handled, then deleted on request. Audience data: 13 months. Cookie choice: 6 months.
Who can access it
Only the Novus Odyssey team, according to their panel permissions. No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
